Service Description
-Required for new clients. -If you haven't had LVL in the last 6 months. -Any changes to your medical history (this includes change of contraception, coming off antihistamines, new vaccinations and if you have had covid.) 48 hours before & no more than 1 week before.
Cancellation Policy
A non refundable booking fee of £10 will be required to secure your appointment before bookings are accepted. This covers admin, diary management, appointment allocation and all prepatory work carried out before the service takes place. This amount is not deducted from any future refund and is retained in all circumstances. To cancel or reschedule please contact 48 hours before.
